Receipt Not Printing

Fix printer connection and configuration issues.

  1. Check 1: Printer powered on and has paper loaded?

  2. Check 2: For USB printer - cable connected? Browser permissions granted?

  3. Check 3: For network printer - correct IP and port in settings?

  4. Check 4: Test print from Dashboard → Stores → Settings works?

  5. Check 5: Browser blocking popups? Check address bar for blocked popup icon

  6. Check 6: Ping printer IP to verify network connection: ping [printer-ip]

  7. Check 7: Auto-print enabled in settings?

  8. Manual workaround: Use 'Print Receipt' button in POS
