Cannot Login to POS

Troubleshoot POS login issues with PIN or employee setup.

  1. Check 1: PIN is exactly 4 digits?

  2. Check 2: Employee profile exists in Dashboard → Employees?

  3. Check 3: Terminal activated? Go to activation page first

  4. Check 4: Session expired? Refresh the page (F5)

  5. Check 5: Internet connection working?

  6. Forgot PIN? Manager can reset from Dashboard → Employees → Edit Employee

  7. Try different employee to test if issue is PIN-specific
